QUESTIONS FOR THE EXPERIENCED GEARHEADS:
1. Is there a set of ramps you'd recommend for the S2000? Think I'd prefer the safety of ramps when crawling under the car for an oil change. Especially Si where the filter hides out of sight.
2. I remember Doug posting that he uses the S2000 filter on the CRX-Si. Can I do the same for my Civic Si?
3. Oil Filter Disposal. Just bag it and throw it in the trash or is there a method that must be followed. Oil has been packed for dropoff at Wal-Mart.
4. Is there a power tool (thinking impact wrench) you'd recommend? This is just so it makes it faster and easier for me to get tires on and off.

hey Aashish, I have rhino ramps for my Saturn. the S will not drive onto them... i'm about 1-1.25 inches lower than stock. the front bumper hits before the tires are even close to the ramp.
look into some racing ramps if you want to be able to get a jack under the car if you are lowered.

no problem! the Saturn has no problem getting up on the ramps, and after i chock the wheels and make sure the parking break is on (I use dedicated rubberized bottom car chocks) i feel very safe going under the car for simple repairs. nothing makes you feel safer than a good set of jack stands, but for quick oil changes etc, ramps and a good set of chocks work great

have wheel chocks and a good set of Craftsman jack stands (wide footprint).
S is stock and I have no intent of ever lowering it so that should not be an issue either. At worst I'll jack it up and place the ramps under the wheel alongwith the jack stands
Feel better that way about getting under the car.

a bit pricy, but if you want to use normal height ramps with a lowered car, decreasing the incline angle and increasing the length is a must

Swapped out the rear sway bar. Rear bar required unbolting the exhaust and pulling the rear hangers off to get clearance. Wish I had Jeff's lift! My body is beat after two days of rolling around under the car.
Next up will be swapping the shocks and springs, but I think I'll take some recovery time first. Car isn't going anywhere soon. It's in the shop out back and the yard is gushy after all the rain.
