What a f'ing crock!
I just used the blades this morning and they wipe the glass just fine
I'm told they fail because they have cracks
Sorry, but this feels like an intentional rip off
And the blades they are taking off are a set of premium blades that work just f'ing perfect!
I'm home, the blades both have a tear that is between ⅛ & ⅜" long at the very base, between the structure of the wiper and the floppy part that does the wiping action. The irony is they are both at the bottom of the glass as they wipe, so if they were not doing a good job, I would only be loosing out on the view of the hood, not the road.
Ok, technically maybe I see where they are coming from, but I still call total BS and ripoff!

Totally agree, and yes, I put the premium blades back on the truck
These are the ANCO Profile blades that I like so much

That I did, and I'll be sure to tell Mike the owner when I see him next at the bike shop
If time was unlimited I would take the truck right into the dealer and ask for an inspection, and I bet they would never insist on new blades... and then I would tell that to him also

And boy did the manager ever get snotty and mad at me, when I said in a very firm voice "be sure to put my old blades in the truck, do not throw them away, they belong to me, and they are going right back on the truck as soon as I get home".

Used Nitto NT555... well seeing how they have a trip down to the dragon on them.. and probably 5000-6000 miles just from what I put on them... i guess its okay... They were about 50% done when i got them i guess? maybe 40% ( so 60% left when i got them)

i basically got the tires for free when i bought the rims.

I may be looking into a few other Nitto tires... but also into star specs and the other usual suspects.
