Funny story, lately whenever I've been driving the S to work, I'll come out to a Mercedes C280 sedan with AMG wheels on it parked next to it (sometimes a little too close to the line...but I digress).
When I drive the Frontier, and park in the same exact spot, the MB parks a few spaces away.

Oh Doug...a Ferrari drove up to our hotel last night (swear) and two men got out - one went inside looking stunningly handsome (the driver) and the other got out and stood guard so no one came too close or touched the car. It was incredible.

The blower is also good for getting water out of spots where it might collect and start to cause rust, can't

Me too, I love walking around in a puddle of water holding onto an electrical appliance I figure it's good enough for multi-million dollar clasics, it's good enough for my little Honda
For me it has always been about the elimination of one more cycle of touching and wiping the paint like you mention
10-years old, 65,000 miles, 7-years of track work, car looks awesome when it is clean

I wear them all the time
I have a pair on right now
I have 3 sets, 1 good, 1 really nasty for the yard and 1 good but worn almost out for the basement
They slip on and off easy, offer a ton of support, clean easy with garden hose and Armoral, and they are cheap
