I'm not man enough to drive any car in that showroom.
I follow the Bring -A-Trailer auctions. All those big money supercars with no mileage going for lots - I mean LOTS! - of money. I suppose they are more "works of art" than cars. As for me ... I like driving a slow .. er, I mean a cheap car fast.

For those of you that may not have seen my post in S2k talk:

Has anyone ever installed a Megan Racing strut bar on their S? I have an 05 with the stock hood and got a bar from them that said S2000 right on the shrink wrap but when I installed it I couldn’t close the hood!

The Megan is an aluminum copy of the stainless (and much more expensive) ASM strut bar. I don't think it's a quality part and would return it.

I was never a fan of most strut tower bars for the S2000. Just about all of them have a hinge somewhere in their design, which would (to me) indicate that they have the capability to flex under load...which somewhat defeats the whole purpose of the STB. I'm sure they are somewhat stiffer than having none at all, but I was always on the lookout for a quality single piece design. Neuspeed made one for a brief time, but they had ceased production once I found out about them and never was able to find one after that. A shame because it was exactly what I was looking for, and was quite low profile as well.

Strut tower bars are just ornamentation for the S2000. It does better with a front sway bar. But I see the appeal of the look.

Yeah that's all I was going for, my S has too many miles on it to ever see a race track again.
