Another 2 hours of work, and the R is free. Snow is still falling, but that was brutal. Anything after that will be a breeze by comparison.
The storm started as rain, and made a quick transition to snow. However, the lower layers of snow were insulated by the top and the bottom later was ice frozen to the ground. The snowblower kept riding over it, so it was shovel, break up the chunks, then use the snowblower to move it off to the side. Very slow, tedious, and strenuous. I would not be surprised if there are people who have heart attacks or somehow injure themselves trying to shovel all this.
My street still is only plowed on one side. I've yet to see another plow come down the road. One of my friends downtown has had a tractor trailer stuck in front of his house since Friday.
Not relishing when the rest of the street gets plowed. It'll be a pain to clear that out.
I also have to dig out the bubbler at the curb once that happens, as we are set to go into the 50s next weekend with rain. Gotta make sure I have drainage for my sump pump when all this melts.
For being on vacation since Wednesday, I don't think I've had a spare moment to myself. I need a vacation from my vacation.

When I first got the S2000, it only had a 5 speed shift knob.
I didn't get any love.
Then later, at the first Formula-H Honda event, I saw that all the S2000s had a 6 speed shift knob.
Eventually, after that, I bought a 6 speed shift knob on E-Bay.
Probably mine to begin with - stollen and then sold back to me.
My question is this: when do you become a "ricer" with the Type R Civic? I mean. is it just the shift knob that qualifies? Or do you have to make further enhancements?
In the meanwhile, I'm waiting to open my birthday present with much excitement.
