Good fabrication is indeed an art
I knew for sure that was the underside, but that's where the job begins
Lots of layers, lots of sanding

Back from the gym. I've gone 5 days this week, out of 6 (starting with Sunday).

I was going to take today off but I made the mistake of looking at my gut in the mirror

I went directly from grocery shopping to the treadmill

Losing weight is soooo hard.
I've had nothing but a can of soup a day for 30 days, and have only lost a little over 25 lbs.
Actually, my menu consists of anyting wet is ok. No solids whatsoever, but a can of tomato soup for dinner.
I take a multivitamin... and rolaids...
When I feel hungry, I work on the car/bikes/projects...
I'm determined not to be buried fat.

Only 25 lbs.? I'd say that is pretty good!

I lost 40 lbs. from my peak, but have slipped and gained 15 back. Once I kick this cold, I'm back on the treadmill.

Think the group of us (Me, Ellen, Cone Mark & Jeff) should start an Upstate Biggest Loser contest to see who loses the most by Knapp? I think it would be a great way to keep us all motivated. Your thoughts?

Jeff, 25 lbs is awesome I salute your determination.

This should make us feel better about rising gas prices

That chart still won't make me feel any better when I go to the pump.

That's hard core dieting. It's all I can do to stick to a liquids only diet when required for medical testing. What about adding in some low calorie veggies? A bit of "crunch factor" and extra nutrition.
