Marc, sorry to hear about your woes Sounds like when I moved here, took me 3 trips to DMV to get my Civic legal in this state <sigh>

Sorry it had to be such a frustrating process
The good thing though, you will now get your inspection bushed back to April
I know when mine were in March it was always a disaster
Then once I got it into April, the following year I made the inspection appointment for the 1st couple of days in May
Now with them in May, the last minute frantic panic in the spring does not happen

What I'm the most worried about is that I'll lose my custom plate...

The new plate looks rather nice on spa. I'm pretty sure it will look much better on rio
