On another subject. I signed up for Knapp and received my confirmation today. For those of you who have gone before where does everyone stay? and any other particulars you would like to pass on.

My external drive saved me this past weekend. Finished my taxes and in the course of printing them, I somehow screwed up the saved file. The tax software could not open it. After a minute of panic, retrieved the backup off the external drive and all was right in the world again.

Where to stay is based upon where you can find an opening
I would start calling all the hotels/motels in Watkins Glen, Montour Falls, Horseheads, Corning, Ithaca, Elmira area
Many of the people stay together at a house they rent but last I knew that was fullup
Do start looking for a room now though, the longer you wait the farther from Watkins Glen you will be

Ugh....debating....

There are many parts I'd like to buy for the S and the Frontier. Or, I could use the money towards a bike...

The two places I mentioned are there in the Hot Deals section
That's because they don't fill up quickly, they are very low cost, they are very low quality
And for the record, I have stayed at both places more than once, and did not contract a disease, but it was questionable

Gotta do the Cherahola Skyway while you are in the area.
