The appeal to me was that this site was exclusively about the S2000.
If we are going to be mixed in with the 15 year olds driving civics with coffee can exhausts,
neon under the car and 5 subwoofers blowing out windows on every street, I may follow Dave
and be done with this place.
This is the only forum I ever go to, looks like I will be getting out of the forums altogether.

It's truly a shame...I foresee this being the end of any organized S2000 events and meets
because who is going to want to go to meets where the prepubescent ricers are going to
ruin it for everyone? My mind is only scratching the surface as to how this will ruin
the S2000 community altogether.
I guess bottom line it's about the almighty buck...makes me question if the admins of the
site truly care about the S2000 community any longer if they are willing to do this.
Can't wait to see Doug's reaction as no doubt the individual communities will be eliminated
in order to promote the BULLS**T togetherness of all Honda/Acura owners.

Not sure if it's April Fools or what, but this is a business. If they aren't making money, they look elsewhere. If they aren't making enough money they try to find ways to make more. Mergers are the name of the game.
No one wants to be a full time volunteer or candy striper.
I'll wait and see what happens before I write them off.
