Top Gear last night was a trip to the states, Cadddy, Challenger, Z06
I loved the fact that towards the end Clarkson was just in total love with the Vette
The shots of him drifting that beast through the corners was just amazing
I feel so fortunate that I learned on RWD, and in fact never even experienced FWD until I had had my license for nearly a decade

IMHO
Transportation you can rely on that costs less per month is a good thing
Doing any type of lease should be avoided
Taking out a loan should be done with a short term, not some crazy wacky 4 or 5 year tearm
There are lots of good used vehicles out there
When buying used you should not fixate on color, fixate on quality and value of vehicle
Just one example of what can be had for $10k
2008 Honda Fit Sport - $9,995
Mileage: 33,330
Paya's Auto - 888-808-0165
559 Mountain View Rd Williston VT

I love the location! I know exactly where that is
I guess I could live with Silver but black or red is out! I would have to finance min 4 years to get the payment to where I want it. There's no point changing to a used car and having the same payment I do now.
I set up searches and will keep my eyes open for what comes up at a decent price.
I'm out of sorts today - I only have one car How do people live like this???

My cat is still at the vets. They are waiting for her to go pee so they can test for any type of infection. That damn stubborn cat has been there since 1 pm yesterday -- and still has NOT gone I wish I had that kind of control on group drives

Color choice is a luxury. Color should seriously be the last thing you are looking at when it comes to daily transportation, especially if you are looking for something that is a better deal for you money-wise.
Think of it this way: once you are driving it, the color doesn't even matter anymore
The only reason I got the exact color I wanted on the Frontier was because I had a build order in to the factory.
By all means, use the color thing as a bargaining chip though when negotiating with the dealer though.
"Boy, I really like this car, but I'd prefer the blue one...is there any way you could make this car more attractive price-wise?"

Talk of the gallery set off a in me.
I know we have an events thread, that basically tracks proposed and future events. Could we use it to post pics and videos of meets past. We have pics from the Dino BBQ and Browns Brewery Meet and perhaps those could go in to that thread.
The thread would still be locked and managed by , but the idea is to have people (especially) the new comers, see the kind of stuff we do and the quality of our meets and perhaps that will motivate them to come.
What do you guys think?

That's good, that's a good step
I bought both my CRX's used
I approached each purchase the same
A- I have to have an Si
B- I will not even look at a black one
I just happened to end up with 2 red ones because I honestly think that was the most popular color...
