I'm guessing they will be less likely to let something slide if you do get pulled over. I've been given a pass on a number of tickets, by being polite and curteous. Don't give them attitude, and you won't get any back.

Exactly, and my concern is they will pull him over just to look for something silly or waste his time, because it seems like that plate is designed to taunt them.

I'm not a asshole and i'm great with cops, always very polite and always get away. I think the plate is worth a good laugh, showed it to a couple troopers i know last night and they said by the looks of my car they'd pull me over but with that plate they'd let me go on by because they got a kick out of it. My buddy is also giving me a PBA card so that'll come in handy
