Here is fine Jeff. I'm sure everyone follows your exploits albeit silently. You are doing well

Aashish, when we're traking in June, we can set up a little race between ourselves.

So to give you a fighting chance, I'll share some of Joe Cogbill's advice. Joe was from the South and had a way with words, except every third or fourth word was a four letter cuss word. Here's what Joe said:

"When ya turn the sturrin' wheel, ya put the throooouuutle down, and I don't mean any of this part throoouuutle sh... either. I MEAN ON THE F.......N FLOOR!

Story attributed to Barry Perkins, MGB Racer.

1. we could do a time attack. I would be very scared of going wheel-to-wheel with a vintage race car for fear of causing damage

2. I knew a Joe McKinney back in Atlanta that pretty much sounded the same and had the same advice. He was an active member of the local BMW CCA chapter as well.

EDIT: So GoPro did capture some video of the slower than S2KI upgrade second session. Uploading the video now. Will share it soon as its done

TOV's First Drive review impressions of the 2012 Civic Si. If you don't want to or can't spend 10 minutes watching it, then the gist is that the older car is better.

No way baby
I may temper how hard I apply the gas on the Frontier as it is my daily driver
But when it comes to the toys, I go straight into no-conservation mode

WOW
Ellen, I wish her the best of luck for her health, and to you, as this will indeed ending up being stressful on you
So sorry to hear

I agree! I would have a hard time at a track day. I'm so competitive, and used to pushing the limits in autocross, that I think I would either be frustrated, or in the wall at the track.
