For me it's always been all-or-nothing
...it has been a steady + 5lbs/year for 20 years it seems.
I have pants from 30 waist to 42's ...
I need to be thin again. It's real motivation this time !
I don't miss the pounds, but I do miss driving my S2K !!!
I just sat in it today for about an hour...

I take a multivitamin... and rolaids...

Geeze Jeff, 25 lbs in a month is freaking AWESOME! I was totally bummed that I tried so hard for 2 months to be "good" and did not lose a single pound

Sadly once you get above a certain age, the ONLY answer - other than starvation (like only a can of soup ) - is exercise. I have finally decided that exercise is better than starving

And I am taking today off from the gym - I went (or rode my home bike) six days this week! Starting again tomorrow

Start a thread! I ain't posting my starting weight but we can post a percentage maybe... only suggestion -- make weigh in on Fridays. So much easier to be good during the week for some reason than on weekends food wise

The only thing on there I use/consume is the hand sanitizer. And it's well worth every penny per gallon

Aashish what is your opinion of the Hyundai i30? The wagon looking one with the 1.6. Anyone else have a comment on this auto?

The forum here is a lot nicer than it was a while back. quicker

Rich, I believe the i30 is the same as the Elantra and the same platform as the Cee'D (that is used on Top Gear). Further you also have diesel options in Europe. Its called the Elantra Touring here. I think its a good car as Hyundai has come along way. Do they also offer the 10 year 100K mile warranty in Europe?

Jeff... regarding your signature....

I challenge you to get piss drunk with me at Knapp... followed by a contest with who can piss the longest.. or who can write "S2000" the best in some sand.

Pissing contest has been put on the table... what will you do?!
