Significantly less snow on the roof of my garage and house this morning...makes me breathe a little easier.
I spent a ton of time on the ladder last weekend breaking up ice and shoveling
Last night when I went home there was just a small patch of snow on the front of the house and on the front of the garage, and then still lots on the back garage, that portion has a very slow slope
But, like you, I'm feeling way, way better about it

[QUOTE=Conedodger,Feb 16 2011, 08:38 PM] More info:
The car I will be running is a Formula 500.
Formula 500 cars are powered by a two cylinder, water cooled two stroke engine.

Ellen I have heard it's common with the automatics as well. Do you happen to know exactly what the issue is?
From my short time at formula H, it seems like people would experience noise and/or poor shifting, bring it in and first diag is check trans fluid... normally with those symptoms fluid had chunks of metal in it.
That's about all I know... poor shifting, noise, metal in the fluid, they would recommend replacement.
Refurb trannies are pretty inexpensive compared to a rebuild and come with a 2-3 year warranty which a rebuild would not...
Usually given the choice people go with replacement and warranty option
