No way was I putting mom into a Dodge or a Chevy..........
I just love how the playing field has been leveled. More choices for the consumer is always a good thing.

And you were probably saying that about Kia 10 (or maybe even 5) years ago.
But I still feel right now, Kia/Hyundai is superior to Dodge or GM, regardless what MotorTrend says...

Aashish,
Regarding CART
I'm almost positive that you would be able to do Lime Rock and/or Pocono with the Civic Si. When I went to Pocono, it looked like about 15% of the field were using street cars. BMW's and maybe a Lexus sedan. Use this link to contact CART and ask them.

You can go to this link and see the types of cars that were running.

Don't let all the numbers fool you. In the morning, they gave out numbers for all the cars that did not have permanent numbers.

Nope
For now I can't say much, but there is a specific reason I'm considering Nissan
I really wish they made this in a 3-door
It's got so much going for it
2.5-liter DOHC 16-valve 4-cylinder engine, 200 hp @ 6,600 rpm, 180 lb-ft of torque @ 5,200 rpm
6-speed close-ratio manual transmission with dual-mass flywheel
Helical limited-slip differential
12.6" Vented front disc/11.5" rear disc brakes
Reinforced upper cowl
Trunk-mounted V-brace
21 city, and 29 highway mpg
17-inch wheels
Oil and G-meter gauges,
Sport bucket seats

The Sentra just looks so plain, boring, and boxy to me. I prefer the older body style.
I test drove the SE-R Spec V back in 2003 when I bought the Subie. Not a bad car, but for the same price as the SE-R I got the AWD Subie instead, which perfromed almost as well.
