Doug with regard to the Ford-Ferrari issue, its not like the F1 car is marketed and sold to people as the F150. It is a one off unique creation that will be rendered outdated by the time next season arrives.
To me it does not appear to be an issue. I'm somewhat aware of the rivalry the two companies, but I dont see it as an issue. A court of law (or you) may disagree

I'm with Doug on the F150 issue. It was silly for Ferrari to name it that, there are plenty of other alphanumeric options. The f-150 is ford's best selling vehicle and I don't blame them for wanting to protect the name.
