I believe they are also what Honda recommends if you wont get OEM tire. That may explain why FH pushes the tire.

I will never buy a Yokohama tire ever again.

I bought a set of Yokos as replacements for the Bridgestones on the Subie. They were crap. Compared to the OEM tires they:

- Had less grip
- Performed worse in the snow
- Wore far faster
- Way more expensive

In other words, they sucked in every way imaginable. Never again for a Yoko.

This exhibit may be of interest to
http://saratogaautomuseum.org/forza-italia/
Starts on 5/7
Some delicious stuff there
Cars expected on display in Saratoga will include a prewar Alfa Romeo 6C1750, a 6C2300 and an 8C2900, along with a sporty Fiat Balilla Spyder. Postwar examples will include a Ferrari 212 Scaglietti Spyder, a Lancia B24S Nardi Spyder America, a Maserati Ghibli SS, a Bizzarrini 5300 Strada, a Fiat Abarth 750 sports coupe, and a Ferrari F40, to name just a few.
as this may also interest S2KNFR and the adrenaline junkie that gets his fix from dodging cones

5/7 the date of the exhibit is also currently the most popular vote for the ALB area drive

Not sure if they are the same as the ones on our 08 Impreza, but the Bridgestone's suck. I think thats part of the reason why I absolutely dislike driving the Subie. I may go for something a tad bit more aggressive this time around.

All Yoka's are not created equal, maybe you just selected a crappy model
It is unfair to judge the Corvette based upon a ride in a Chevette

I will never buy a set of Bridgestones ever again for a car.
For my money they are way over priced and the performance per dollar ratio is very, very low.

I will never buy a set of Bridgestones ever again either. After watching my rear RE-01R fail catastrophically, followed by NH Mark's just a few weeks later, I will not own a set ever again once this set on the S is kaput.
