Another early bday present - Tom is paying for a gym membership for me. Today was day #2. I love their treadmills, so much more than any other workout stuff I've tried. I hope to someday be in good enough shape to use the elipticals.

^ Glad you are enjoying it Ellen. The key to regularly doing it is to always do it in moderation. Never overdo it to the point it hurts you and keeps you from going back. Good luck. Im sure you will make it to the ellipticals in no time

On another note Top Gear (the US version) has become the title sponsor of a NASCAR Race. Think Rutledge Wood had something to do with that
