Curb Weight, lb. (kg) 2,363 (1,074.0) — 5-MTX
2,434 (1,106.4) — 6-ATX
But still, 2,363 seems REALLY light compared to other choices

It's a hatchback
It's FWD, and has a hot turbo
It's from the manufacturer of my ultimate dreams
It's cute as hell
It's not going to be popular making it perfect for me
It's a hatchback with 3-doors not 5
It's very nicely appointed inside
It's everything I'm not seeing by other manufacturers

^ and those are the standard models. US Abarth could be lighter that that. If I was in a hurry though the 500 Sport is quite the looker with decent power. Stickers and decals are a whopping $399 and upwards

I was merely suggesting caution as I did not want you to go on a rant realizing the US version is heavier.

Party boy's mom & dad?? It does not appear to be headed south towards Fiji and Australia. I think they should be fine.

EDIT: take that back. Appears it has. They are being watchful though as the waves thus far have been smaller ones.
