Jon received the Nighthawk 650 yesterday
Once it was off the truck he put the key in it, and fired it right up
He is so excited, I am so relieved
He is planning to replace the rotors and rebuild the front calipers this weekend
The rotors are the ones I gave him, the OEM 1985 ones I got on ebay
I am just so happy he is happy, and I'm feeling so good about it going to the right home

you have an option of filing a complaint with ebay & paypal.
Paypal will withhold the amount you paid from his account until the issue is settled.
ebay protection policy: We'll contact the seller and ask them to resolve the issue. After 7 days (or 10 days, in case of international transactions), we'll ask you how it's going with the seller. If you tell us that the problem cannot be resolved between you and the seller, and your case qualifies for and is covered by eBay Buyer Protection, eBay will refund your full purchase price plus original shipping into your PayPal account.
