Molly and I won $150 in the Superbowl pool, but when Dave came over to make payment, he accidentally gave the money to Nancy (well, she stopped him at the door and took it). I haven't seen any of my winnings - and I don't think I am going to.
For me it's OK because this situation was covered in the pre-nup (what's hers is hers, what's mine is hers!), but Molly is an innocent bystander who's on a fixed income and needs dog food!
