I am trying to gauge interest and get commitments on getting together a group buy on bringing in the Soft Top Guy.. up to the Capital Region or nearby to install some nice new tops in the spring..just in time before we bring the S2K's out of hibernation!!!

I'd wait and gauge to see how busy he is as some people are having issues with him in The Carolina's about some of his customer service. If you scroll through the Carolina threads you will understand what I am talking about. I'm not from your area(yet) but I will be up in the Watertown area in Dec-jan time frame and just wanted to see how is thecommunity up there

No problem, He also just had his garage broken into and just about all his tools and parts(soft tops) were stolen so that will set him back alot I imagine. From what I have experienced and read from my friends down here ensure you talk to him and get hard dates for installs and me personally would be iffy about paying him up front before he installs anything. Hope to see you all in the months to come

He did 7 tops for some of us back in April. He's very meticulous and knows exactly what he is doing. I had no complaints what so ever... Neither did anyone who had their top done. If he is willing to come up despite his tools getting stolen, then he will show. Deff make sure you speak to him before organizing a group install. Good luck!
