I'll be there. Too early to be sure about the weather yet- if it's dry I'll have my S otherwise the Rav4. Someone at work today told me it was going to be 60ish on Sat.

I am going to call all of these places and ask about what we can do. I started to it this weekend but got busy with cat problems and then car work, and then web site work; and today I am back at formula h work I'm SO sick of working. I need a freaking vacation. How can I work so many hours and have so little money

I'm not sure if any of these places is going to offer traditional beer tastings. The first place I called acted like they did not but they do have samplers which may work for what we want to do.

Accuweather says mid 50s and sunny on Saturday, rain Sunday. It's a bit far away for accurate forecasting. I have better tires on the S2000 than Civic at the moment so I am probably taking that no matter what.

Saratoga Brewery (I've been there once) has a free tour of the brewery and you can sample some of the beer they brew as you walk along on the tour. I did not call them, just showed up and asked if they had a tour I could go on.

At the end of the tour you can buy some of the bottled beer they brew. Their contracted brews however are not for sale and can only be sampled while on tour.

I'm still game for this and most likely I'll have the S out that day, rain or not.

May I suggest the Latham 76 diner? It's superior to the Latham diner and is located a couple hundred yards up Rt.9 from the Latham diner (south).

Oh yeah, I remember that place also. Its just down the road on Rt 9 on the right if you're headed south. Yep, its only about 1/2 mile down the road and easy to find.

Ellen, Dave's right. I'd prefer this place for breakfast in Latham. Although I don't want to mention IHOP or Cracker Barrel unless you want.

Either place works for me and as they are close to each other, changing the venue for B should not be a problem.

Here is their website www.latham76diner.com/
