Aashish, I have to agree. That was a great drive!

I'll have to up my game now that I know how an Upstate drive is supposed to be run. Of course had we met an exhuberant cop, we could have all gotten 30 days in the slammer and 90 days suspended licenses for "excess driving".

Oh, do I mean "reckless"?

Thanks to JJ for watching Molly.

The girls at the Lick 'T Split and the waitress at the restaurant were unanimous in their admiration of "The Shirt". The Lick 'T Split girls said it should be the "official" shirt for Upstate s2k.com. I have to agree. All the women seem to like it and if some of the younger guys could wear their own copy of the "official" Shirt, who knows what might happen.

Regarding photos - just people tonight. Steel and asphalt tomorrow. I also sent Aashish a couple videos.

super nice pictures Jeff

Got the videos and will download them in the morning and see if I can upload on YouTube so they can be posted here. Also maybe I'll pass them on to Brian to see if he can tweak it in any way

You drive just fine and don't need to up your game. The only rule is that everyone drives at the pace they are comfortable with and enjoys the drive

Great drive planning Aashish! Thanks for letting me ride along and get a VTEC fix

I promise, no more calling you Captain Slow! Aashish kicked butt - only Dave was able to keep up!

I got home about 8:30 and was too exhausted to turn on the computer.

you are welcome Ellen

Maybe it was the pressure of having Dave behind me or having you along as my passenger Cap'n Slow, the avatar reminds me that I need to concentrate on my inputs and be smooth like Jenson Button or Upstate's very own Benjamin Button.

Sorry for going too hot into that corner yesterday and I'm sure you will bear witness that VSA in the S is not as intrusive as it is on other cars. It only kicked in for us during that one corner where we went sideways owing to my controlled maneuver

Getting back to the point, TOM SHOULD HAVE COME

Jeff, did that shirt come with the matching underwear? Perhaps that was the attraction at Lik T Split.

Tom would have been screaming like a little girl had he been riding with you

I have faith in the car having pushed it myself, and I know you've had training Plus I have been in an accident in an S, the car is very solid!

It was super fun and to quote myself, "Tis better to RIDE in an S, than to drive a Civic"

Which I think was stolen from someone famous, It's better to rule in hell than serve in Heaven or something like that.
