Default Pick a date for museum and lake tour

Upstate Saratoga Auto Museum & Great Lake Sacandaga Tour
Albany Area Drive

Here is the link to the Doodle Poll
http://www.doodle.com/s76hzyftc7cbczp8

Aash is spearheading this one

Here is the basic info
Drive Details
- Drive starts in Clifton Park, up to Saratoga Auto Museum.
- From Saratoga Museum on to Saratoga Winery
- From Winery we drive around Great Lake Sacandaga and return to Clifton Park.
- Final Destination in Clifton Park may be Klamsteam's Tavern. I sent Jeff (S2KNFR) a PM asking if its a big enough place to accomodate all of us. If not, I will find another location.
- Drive Time: Expect to start at 10 AM from McDonalds Parking lot in Clifton Park (same location as last year). Drive is expected to conclude around 5:00 PM in Clifton Park.
- There will be no stops for food on the drive. People are expected to get a bite at the McDonalds.

Voted. I'm ok with all dates. Did not pick 4/16 as I will need to prep for Lime Rock Park the following weekend and may be busy with trying to get the Si prepped.

I hope we have a great turnout like last year

The plan this year is to do a fuller loop of the lake. Last year we only did a section of the roads. Plan on concluding this in the general CP area as it will be a shorter drive back home for those coming from out of town and leaving the same night. I will check out Klamsteams tavern at some point or find another location. Please vote for your choice of date

oh! and Thank you for starting this

Voted. Unfortunately, 4/16 seems too early, and there is only one other date that doesn't conflict with my autocross schedule.

Doug, can you edit first post and indicate this is an Albany area drive. Unless you want to keep people guessing and click to find out what it is?

Cone Mark - it would be awesome if you can come

The museum has always been on my to-do list. I might be able to talk Ellen into it if I approach it right. I'm thinking driving part way Friday night, nice dinner out...

I'd like to go, but this one is just too far east for me.

Y'all enjoy!

In for any date but 5/21 which is Mohawk. 4/16 is pretty early for some folks... and I have a drive 4/10 already

Voted, any of the dates in May work. Again contingent upon weather and a meet or drive
on Sunday. 3+ hours each way is a long way for 1 afternoon. Please don't base the choice of
the date on me since I am so far away.

3+ hours away is "so far away?" I'm more than 4 hours away.

I'm thinking we shouldn't step on Mohawk. Leaves me out 'though.
