Pic of the Day - Take Two!

I have one tree in my front yard completely bare. One almost bare in the back. One in the front that is in full color change...and about three more in the back yard as green as can be.
The trees around here are confused. Most of the colors this year are all yellow. I don't see any reds. Strange.

A couple shots of what I've seen.
At the Quabbin Reservoir in MA at Fall Crawl Drive, not peak at all.
View from a tower
A little town on the way home
And a flower/weed gone to seed in the woods. I thought this was delicate and pretty.

Since having the VFR with the Staintune, every time I see a deer it's already running away, not standing and waiting to do an ambush

I will say that once I put the exhaust on the S2000, I started seeing the deer look up at what the noise coming their way was. Gives you a little more advance notice when you see those two green reflecting eyes staring back at you.

Deer are weird.
I'm out bushhogging, running over stumps and making the equivalent sound of throwing sinks into a chipper, and deer walked right up next to me. I pulled an old apple off the ground, and rolled it over to it. It ate it. I kept mowing.
I have Helen Keller deer...

Ran an errand at lunch. Noticed the foliage color is improving. We may get rain on Saturday which could lessen the hoped for photo ops on Sunday.
