I was trying to figure out how many miles I have done in an S the other day... 38k in the SSM, 8k in the BB, almost 10k in the Suzuka.

Driving the S just never gets old. It has the most comfortable seats of any car I have ever owned or driven. Even when I hurt my back it was not the seat that was a problem, only trying to lift my left leg high enough to shift.

When I sold my '87 X1/9 in 2003 it only had 52k miles on it. I was the 3rd owner and had put 33k miles on it. I got a call a couple of years later from a guy that had just bought it. It had 55k miles on it and he was owner number six! Six owners in 18 years and it only had 55k!

A few days when it hurt really bad I drove the Civic using only my right leg for all 3 pedals

I would still be under 40k miles if I hadn't driven it cross country this year.

The S is such a surprisingly comfortable car on long trips. Granted I have not made the trips some of you have, but with the lowered seat I had no issues driving the ~10 hours to Mid-Ohio and back.

You're a noob too. Reverse those numbers! Our '04 is approaching 64K!

It's been on many road trips. Canada x 4, VA x2 PA x 2 NY x 2 and more.

Wish we had more vacation time and $.

I did a trip back from the Dragon in 1 day in the S, over 1000 miles. No discomfort at all.
