Mark, sucks to hear what happened to your S2. I can't believe this kind of thing happened at Keeler to say the least. I would expect it to come from Lia Honda rather like the issue with Eldrid's soft top tearing out, but not Keeler.

Hopefully its just a bad apple in the service dept and this issue will be resolved quickly.

Oh - and look - a WHITE AND BLUE plate! A little piece of my 99 Civic <sniff> Was the first NY state plate I got on the Civic, then transferred to the new Civic and now this car

Thanks Jeremy. Replacement lip should be here tomorrow and I'll be installing it this weekend. Looking forward to forgetting about this.
