My picture of the day is a 2 for 1. The fruits of our labor all weekend on the backyard:





As you can see, we were just one bag of mulch sort. Vast improvement over what it looked like a week ago. Koda is disappointed that all her sticks are gone...so she took to the pool brush (which you can see in one of the photos)

Evened out the heaved parts of the lawn with topsoil, got the weed & feed down, and added some grass seed all over the front and back.

*whew* I'm out of shape. Tossing around 20 bags of mulch has made me more sore today than I'd expected.

No pics, but I started a bathroom repaint project. Lots of drywall repair. Have to learn how to stipple the ceiling where I made repairs. My feet are sore from standing on a ladder all weekend.

3.5 hours of raking gave me very soar arms and back

I planted one of these in my front side yard on Saturday

For me it's always the area just above my knees where I'm leaning on the rungs
I'll be experiencing that this week
But, I won't be up to a ceiling height, I'll be up top here




I have to change the top to a double
Right now I have just one vine on this pole
This year I'm going to start another Mt Hood and make this a double
It's only 23' tall...
