They have started accepting pre-orders as of Feb 27th at Subaru dealerships. As for the Scion version, nothing known as yet. All it says is that the car is coming in Spring 2012.

I got that pic from the BRZ Facebook page, so I'm thinking that perhaps a dealer or two have received a demo vehicle.
