I got my splitter last year but have yet to put it on.
"The Bumper Protector attaches via 9 screws that are already under the bumper. A simple 10 minute installation, that will save your bumper from scratches."
Did not have 10 spare minutes last year

What you are really saying is...10 minutes to them would be an hour and a half for you.

Coastal Metals does appear to be making a splitter for the AP1. I'm not sure though whether it is the same size as the one on Triple-H's car.

Also here is their website for all the stuff they make for the S2000

When I ordered the splitter for my AP2, it was no longer listed on their website. I called and talked to them and they said they were doing one batch of splitters and that they could fulfill my order even though it was not listed on the website. I got my splitter last year but have yet to put it on. If you have an AP2, feel free to give them a call. They are good guys to deal with and will help you out.

That looks like mine, but without my glossy black powdercoating
I too have their grille insert

I just thinks this goes to prove he has fallen out of love with his S, and for sure he will be selling it and getting a BRZ

Both the Si and the S are not going anywhere. The Si is a steady companion and is a lot of fun and the S2000 is the best car I have ever owned. Every time I get in and drive, it feels special. I feel greatful to whoever/whatever omnipotent presence that enabled me to own these two fine vehicles.
As to why I did not do the "10 minute install", the reasons are several. I unpacked it and crawled under. Way too many bugs and grime and tar, the surface did not feel smooth even after a cleaning. So i set it aside thinking I may have a pro detail the car and then install the splitter on a clean surface.
Next I did my own work prepping the Si for Lime Rock and back. Also at the same time I was toying with the Go Pro and doing pre-drives for the first drive event of last year. Come to think of it, I think I planned three drives last year while participating in everything else. As and Jeff will attest (based on their Knapp experiences) pre-drives are time-consuming. There would be times when I did pre-drives on both saturday and sunday (hence not organizing any drives this year...just plan to go along and participate...why take the fall if the road crew decides to dig up a perfectly nice stretch of asphalt).
Then we had visitors. As is typical of people of my culture, when visitors come they stay for an extended period of time (considering they have to travel here from another country). Then was the trip to the dragon and points south, back again and more group drive planning as well as Knapp. Knapp done it was time for Mid-Ohio. Once back I washed the car thoroughly from top to bottom as it did not have a thorough cleaning after "Knapp"ing through the floods and the rain I experenced at Mid-Ohio. Then I parked the car away.
Somewhere in the midst of doing all this, installing the splitter took a back seat. I know its only 10 minutes (or 4 hours in my case), but I just could not bring myself to do it.
Perhaps my enthusiasm has waned. Honda has lost its mojo and its biggest cheerleaders now abhor it, deservedly perhaps. And then it struck me that the cars are present to make life fun and happy for me. The moment they become a burden, I need to let them go.
TLDR?? If so, sorry for the long post and for taking this thread off-topic.
To bring things back on track here is a pic(s):
