Holy crap Mark! Had no idea things were that bad. Only seen a few trees down and nothing like that.

Guess we can consider ourselves lucky to only have snow. Good luck getting back to normal soon!!

Tom seems to agree with the folks who have said to leave my S where it is for winter parking.

The current plan is to park it as far over and back on the pavement as I can get it, and possibly put cones around it

Where does one buy those orange cones

Ellen don't waste your money on cones, with just a few inches of the white stuff, they will get buried in the snow. Try not to worry, if a plow guy hits your S, it's his insurance that will pay to fix your car.

Place the cones around the car. Tape a wooden dowel to the inside opening of the cone so it sticks up about an extra 2' from the cone. Attach red flag to top of dowel.

Problem solved! Car is visible even in the deepest of snows. Because hey, if we get more than 3' of snow, you're probably worrying about more things than your car at that point.

Assuming he has any. My next door neighbor's plow guy backed into their 40' motorhome, and took off without telling them. Left tell tale paint and pieces of his tailight behind. He had no insurance and no real job other than his all cash plowing business. Neighbor never was reimbursed for the damages.
