New M3 in the family...
My father in law just picked up an '02 M3 yesterday. I just took it for a short jaunt around the block. Me Likey. The steering is much slower than the S and I still think BMW shifters suck but this is a nice car. I can't wait to get a little more seat time in it!

The E46 M3 is without a doubt is a wonderful car. If that car were a dog, it would be one of those dogs that hates to be on a leash, and as soon as you let it out at the park it takes off like a shot, running in all directions, not wanting to come back and mellow out!!! I really like the E46 M3 so don't get me wrong, but still, I greatly prefer the E30 M3. The E30 was the late 80's early 90's 3 series, it was smaller and lighter, it did not have 333hp that's for sure, but what a blast to drive.
Dave enjoy, and appreciate that dog your father just adopted.
