Oh man, I don't mean to be ungrateful, but wow, that sucks...

The CR-Z concept we were all told was very close to the way the production car would look.
I can only hope the CR-Z because it is a hybrid will have it's own look, sort of like the new Insight is based upon nothing else, and looks nothing like a Civic.
I'm impressed they are showing a Civic convertible, but this Civic just does not get me all fires up like the CR-Z.

But again Doug, this is the Euro Civic and may not make it here state side. I still think the CR-Z will be developed and marketed as a separate hot-hatch hybrid.
I agree that the euro civic is not awe-inspiring but kind of like the way it looks. Us Americans are used to bigger civics so I'm sure this will be one of those cars we will never have.
Did you hear that Honda is considering launching the Honda City here in the US. This is a sub-compact sedan and should have the Fit's 1.5 ltr. engine.

City in the US would be awesome! The new Civics have gotten way too big
And eventually - in many many years when the S is paid for - I will need to replace my 99 Civic
Thanks for the links.

Standing joke around where I work is that I must get the Honda "H" tattooed on one arm, and the Acura "A" on the other, with the Si emblazoned on my chest.

Just read an interview where Barichello mentioned that Honda F1 is in talks with Alonso. I'd be disappointed if they did away with him as I always wanted Button and Barichello to bring Honda to the front of the grid considering all that they have given to Honda F1 and survived years of slow cars.
