^ I see, well I dont owe anywheres near that on my mortgage not even 35% of that so I prob wont go for it.

Yeah but if you add that payment in addition to charging everything
else, the points add up! I charge my insurance renewals, I'm about
to charge the materials to have my roof done and hopefully the 2nd
payment on my windows ($3700).
