Hmmmm, looks like I'll have to figure out another way to post it, but it sure is cool!!! Another great tool, designed just for the Community Organizer.

I've seen it before as well, pretty cool, although the panning is slower than the normal maps, but that's OK. There's much more data to process when you pan a aerial photo.

 

Oh I know about aerial maps and imagery; I did I little project for Mom and Dad more than a year ago and used some incredible aerial images from a NYS web site.

But giving aerial map options as just another feature in a regular web site like MapQuest was what I was amazed at. Not that they are out there, but the fact that they are really hitting the "mainstream".
