The S2000 meeting before registration on Friday is being organized by me and all the details will be coming via email next week.
In addition I'm working on a plan to help get cars together for the parade laps, that too will be handled via the mail list

No place I know of...
I have asked before for the IMRRC to do sobecause they do the race, but, for everybody in town Friday is a huge long day, and nobody at the IMRRC will come in early just for us.
You best bet would be an email or a PM to Bond, James Bond.
