Default That guy from Oklahoma

Just letting everyone know I made it home in one piece, drove pretty well through the night. I stopped and took a 2 hour nap outside of Indianapolis then continued on, I arrived at about 5PM central time. It was great to meet all of you and I had a whole lot of fun (even with the additional expense) the trip was definitely worth every bit of it.

Sputnik - thanks for offering me a place to stay for the weekend, you didn't have to but I'm sure glad you did!

Mark - Thanks for hanging around on Saturday morning to run me over to my car once it was finished, I really appreciate that.

Doug - A great big thank you to you for letting me tag along for the drive on Friday, if I didn't catch you in time I would have been wandering the streets of Watkins Glen for 8 hours.

To everyone else, thank you for making the trek up there so enjoyable, I didn't get to spend as much time talking with many of you as I hoped I would, but hopefully I get to make it back up there relatively soon! It was great meeting all of you and you're all awesome people with awesome rides!

Until next time I'll just have to keep reading and posting in the Upstate forum!
Dustin

Hey, nice badge

My pleasure Dustin, I'm still thrilled you came all the way out, amazing

I felt so bad about your tire and missing the drive, it was the least I could do

Thanks for the update, great to know you are home safe

Now, get the hell off to school

Dustin! Nice to meet you. Glad you got home OK!

Hope you signup for 2011 and get to drive your own car

Worst case, you got some great driving lessons from our favorite track instructor.

Dustin, glad to hear you are back home safe & sound. It was great meeting you and we hope you can come back. Seeing that you are now a badged Upstater, you need to live up to the badge and keep posting here often

Doug - I was gonna ask you if you would badge him and glad you did

with what everyone said above.

Dustin, no problem, we are a good group who helps out their own whenever they can! I know any one of our group would have done the same for me.

I do have to say again that it was AWESOME that you came all that way and
hope you get the opportunity to try it again next year with your own S.

Dustin,

It was great meeting you. I shared some photos of your car, taken from the Upstate forums, with my friends in Oklahoma, Edmond, in fact. I'm afraid they agree with Jeff See you next year!
