Ellen, I should take a pic, I have a new addition in the entrance way, it's a metal sign that states this house protected by a Maine Coon Attack Cat

I'm going home to watch them grow
I expect a nice bump after all the rain last night, and sun today
Look for more pics on Monday, this weekend I need to get ropes up for at least two more plants.
I'm less posative now my clippings are rooting, but for sure I have to get the 2 new dryroot ones in the ground

I measured the primary plant last night, it grew a total of 14.5" last week, so right now it is averaging a tad over 2" per day.
I got the dryroots on Sunday and they are now in my fridge. I have to stop and pick up another bag of top soil and peat moss and mix up another batch of planting soil, oh, and another 50' of rope.
I read a good one over the weekend, one guy used pulleys on his upper support, so in the fall he just lowers the rope and doews not have to get out a ladder to go up there and cut them down. Wow, wish I had thought about that a month ago, oh well, there is always '10 to improve.

I too am thrilled, and it appears the cuttings are rooting, so what started out as a purchase of 4-plants has turned into 11-plants.
This is very encouraging as it indicates I can indeed establish a farm as long as I have some time/patience.
After the roof is done and paid I might look for a county parcel of land. 5-acres with the potential to expand would be a good start.
