This is all very interesting, but how is Gilly going to get a job if you hijack this thread? It's 8:39. Where's Gilly anyway? Sleeping in?
We cann't have professional people wanting to hire Gilly looking to this site to verify his qualifications if we don't behave. And we don't want anybody to visit this site after her's hired and conclude that he (as we) are "idiots" because then he'll get terminated and have too much free time on his hands for posting.
This could be like The Haney Project, except we should call it The Gilly Project.
