You are right. He was gushing over his GPS almost the entire time he was here. Welcome to the future Doug, maybe he'll get a PC and internet connection at home in the next 5 years

We kept hearing a repeat of the GPS all day yesterday I think...

"Ahead you will be making a Left... a Left onto Ridge Street"

The trip home with this thing was even better...

I started pushing things on the screen to see if other things would pop up
The manual on this thing SUCKS, it does not even attempt to tell you all the features this thing has

When I pushed the speed I was going I got an entire new menu, and it featured a big speed display, I might use this in the CRX-Si as my speedometer because it is so far off because of my tires/wheels

On the Thruway I get a speed limit sign showing me the posted speed, if I pushed that I could jump right to a North Up view and see the thruway and my location in the big picture, I find my normal view is the 3D view that looks straight ahead

I told Aash, I was a bit scared when I realized I had not broughten any maps at all, but in the end, I clearly needed none...

I wish this had a scale on it though, just a general graph indicator or something so when you touch + or - you know how much you are zoomed in.
