Skim milk and sugar free quick.
Tums.
Diet green tea.
1-2 rice cakes.
Lettuce / Veggies... no dressing.
Coffee, skim and sugar ok. Got to have some sugar for the brain, kidneys and pancreas.
Vitamins.
Tums.

I wish I knew why, I really do, but for some reason I did not bulk up much this winter, I suspect it is the nearly 100% elimination of restaurant food and I have been forcing myself to eat breakfast, like a container of yogurt so my metabolism gets a kick start very early in the day. Here it is Almost April and I'm like 2-3 pounds away from my low summer weight...
