Holes drilled.
Bolted up. Fits perfect.
Now to relocate the Bond plate to the grill, and lip to paint...

Worst part is shortening the ac liquid receiver bracket to get the needed room.
Had to shorten, drill, rebend then tweek the lines ever so slowly until it all fit...
