A human being is a spirit. But what is spirit? Spirit is the self. But what is the self? The self is a relation that relates itself to itself or is the relation relating itself to itself in the relation.
Of course, I immediately pitched the book across the room! The tome, "Modern Welding" has infinite more appeal!

I tried "Kierkegaard For Dummies" and even that was too hard. I despair that I may never understand.

Not troubled --- warped.

^^ I know just what you need. Look this up on Amazon. I've been thinking of getting one too.

Nancy told me I didn't need to worry about alimony payments! So after much procrastination and with grave doubt, I decided to buy the car and made my arrangements last Thursday.

Anybody want a 1950's (I think) Red Fin 18' bay boat, needs motor and interior? Been sitting in my garage for at least 10 years and I'll have to make room for the car.

Thanks guys for all of the advice, both pro and con.

^^ Congratulations Jeff

We need pictures as soon as you take delivery. I am happy for you that you chose to pursue your passion and Nancy is such an awesome person for supporting you in this endeavor. Good luck to you both.

Will you be driving the S at Watkins Glen so as to get your feet wet for the track or will you be hitting the track once your new race machine is ready?

I'm just waiting for Doug to recruit you to be in the vintage car parade during the Grand Prix Festival in Watkins Glen.

Congrats on the purchase. Can't wait to see more pictures.

Thanks all. Now I need to get a cheap but functional trailer, less than 1000 lbs. Trailex seems to qualify but are about $4,500 and up used.
