Now see, he has great technique, he is on the brake a bit more than I, and using a different part of his foot on the gas than I, but those two things are so vehicle dependent because of pedal size and placement.

I bought these shoes just because of the black patch on the side of the foot just below the little toe because this is the area I use, this is the area I rub on the gas pedal.

Double clutching though is totally not needed, unless you are in a vintage car...

Nice shoes

I however like the shorter ones better, but it seems like these would be more functional.
