Usually they just take it out of the amount their giving you. I'm sorry but after the way they're treating you, I'm very glad to have Allstate.

Well they are taking it out of the amount of the check they are giving me, but then I think I still need to pay the total. The estimate was 7700+ and they are giving a check for 7200+. So I am guessing I need to pay the $500 out of pocket to the body shop.
