Wow!!! Obviously, I would contact the seller, Paul!!! Tell him to take down the ad or revise it stating that it's not his car!! He should have asked for permission, but you got to be flattered!!

Paul If I were you, I'll bid on the item and make sure you win the bid, and when the seller sends you the billing info, tell him you already got the item, just to make sure to take a look of the pics he has on ebay because that's your car and he is using your property without your permision
him
2nd who ever get this item wont know the condition of the item because he is looking @ your, which is up I mean if I'm buying an item I'll be taking a close look

I say metro gets together and starts a bidding frenzy on ebay. Make this tool think he has a bunch of suckers on the fishing line, while really he's the fish.

the last guy never answered me back until I contacted the buyer. buyer was thanking me for informing him. he said he wasn't going to buy his lip. and the buyer said he is going to repost with his own picture. since the auction ended, no trouble at all. seller actually apologized. If he contacted me earlier then I would've let him use the picture with editing of description that has proper credit and that i'm not related to this auction.
anyway, here's another one... I already sent him 2 memo but no answer yet..

a common practice is to sign up and bid insane amounts of $$ for the item so no one else will be able to buy. win the auction and dont pay. This has been done many times for fake auctions, but unsure just about using ur pics
