Westchester Honda dealer?

I recently moved to White Plains, NY and need to get my 01 S2000 inspected. I thought a Honda dealer would be the safest bet. Do any of the area dealers have a good rep with S2000 owners? Alternatively, are there any service stations that can do the inspection without scratching up my car?

Yuki's Pit In on Grayrock Rd in Scarsdale. he does inspections on me and johnny's cars.

I also just moved here (from California). I pick up my car tomorrow from the shipper. Is it a big pain in the ass to get car registered in NY? Let me know how it goes.
