Weight Loss Wager .. the WLW!

I just hide it well, I'm 165. I want to get down to 150 even. Maybe 145. Remember guys, it's pecentage, not actual weight. So if you're 100 lbs and lose 1 lb, a 200 lb person has to lose 2 lbs to tie you.

actually to be technical, we should do it by body fat percentage..
for example, i could lose 5 lbs of water weight in a few days easily. However, losing 5 lbs of real fat is harder. Also, in certain situations, you actually lose muscle mass, not fat. If someone lost 10 lbs but 5 of it was water weight, and another lost 10 lbs of pure fat, there is a huge difference
but tracking body fat is probably too difficult

guys, i cant gain weight. i eat a lot and it just doesnt stick to me. stupid fast metabolism. val, i used to lift in hs and early on in college. i partially tore the labrum in my left shoulder in 12th grade during a baseball game and it wasnt fully repaired. something is wrong with my right shoulder too and i dont know what. it started about 2 summers ago during a game of pick up basketball. i dont feel like having surgery again, so im just not going to lift anymore. day to day it doesnt bother me. i can even play sports too, but it hurts if i work out. i just gotta live with being a skinny sexy guy, instead of a jacked sexy guy.
