Be careful, a dremel is easy to lose control with if its on lower RPMs, it will just grab on some plastic and pull your arm, I think an air saw is the way to go, but good luck.

how come no one cut their bumpers like the ASM design?
And can use the materials from the cut out to build a lip for the cut out so there is an indentation before the wire grill?

Does anyone have the dimension of the real ASM rear bumper cut out? I wanna cut the AP1 bumper just like it...

I finished the cut, trim, and mesh a few weeks ago and forgot to post. Bump for this mod!
You can see where I could have made the joint a bit more blended, but you can't tell from normal viewing distance so I'm ok with it. I got the mesh and trim from Custom Car Grills.com.

Hey ray, I need to refresh Jimels old cut out you did, the grille has a bunch of rock chips, and I really want to put some sort of trim around the cut itself to have a cleaner look. Pm me the details and price please, thanks man! Ps also texted you but you may have gotten a new #
